使用PGe @ PPy蛋黃 - 殼(ké)活性(xìng)材料粉(fěn)末(mò)與(yǔ)Super P炭(tàn)黑和聚(jù)乙(yǐ)烯基二氟(fú)化物(wù)(PVDF,Kynar HSV 900)混合,重(zhòng)量比(bǐ)為(wéi)80:10:10,在N-甲基吡(pǐ)咯烷酮(tóng)(NMP)溶劑中(zhōng)用於生產 電極(jí)漿料。 將這些(xiē)混合(hé)物用分(fēn)散係(xì)統(Dissolver Dispermat CA40,VMA-Getzmann GmbH,Germany)進一(yī)步(bù)攪(jiǎo)拌(bàn)和(hé)均化約2小時(shí)。 最後(hòu),將漿液(yè)在(zài)真(zhēn)空(kōng)下脫(tuō)氣(qì)1小(xiǎo)時以(yǐ)除(chú)去氣泡(pào)。將陽(yáng)極漿(jiāng)料澆鑄在銅(tóng)箔(bó)上(shàng)。 通(tōng)過改變(biàn)刮(guā)刀高(gāo)度(dù)來製(zhì)備(bèi)不同厚度(dù)的(dí)陽(yáng)極。 將塗(tú)覆的(dí)電(diàn)極(jí)在110℃的烘(hōng)箱中(zhōng)在真空(kōng)下(xià)幹燥12小時。”
Electrochemical Measurements
The PGe@PPy yolk-shell active material powder and mixed with Super P carbon black and polyvinyldifluoride (PVDF, Kynar HSV 900), with a weight ratio of 80: 10:10, in N-Methylpyrrolidone (NMP) solvent was used to produce an electrode slurry. These mixtures were further stirred and homogenized with a dispersing system (Dissolver Dispermat CA40, VMA-Getzmann GmbH, Germany) for approximately 2h. Finally, the slurries were deaerated under vacuum for 1 h to remove the bubbles.The anode slurry was casted on copper foil. Anodes of different thicknesses were prepared by varying the doctor blade height. The coated electrodes were dried in an oven 110 oC under vacuum for 12 h.”
