近(jìn)期,Q-LAB推出Q-FOG CRH-HSCR型(xíng)號(hào)(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)CRHR)。在原來(lái)循(xún)環(huán)鹽霧(wù)箱Q-FOG CRH功(gōng)能基(jī)礎(chǔ)上(shàng)增(zēng)加(jiā)了快速溫變(biàn)功能(簡稱"R")。
"R"型(xíng)主要解(jiě)決(jué)對(duì)溫(wēn)濕(shī)度轉換時(shí)間要(yào)求(qiú)高(gāo)的條(tiáo)件,如(rú)JASO M609, CCT-I, and CCT-IV, ISO11997等。

日本(běn)汽車標(biāo)準JASO鹽霧(wù)測試方法,要(yào)求(qiú)在30分鐘內從(cóng)鹽(yán)霧(wù)狀(zhuàng)態轉換為25%RH狀(zhuàng)態(tài),也要求(qiú)在15分(fēn)鐘(zhōng)內相(xiāng)對濕(shī)度(dù)從(cóng)25%快速升高到100%,新型Q-FOG快(kuài)速交變循環(huán)腐蝕(shí)鹽霧(wù)箱CRHR能做(zuò)得(dé)到(dào)並嚴(yán)格符合JASOM609的(dí)要求(qiú)。
測試(shì)過程如下(xià):

(2)Honda CCT-H/B
本(běn)田(tián)汽(qì)車的(dí)循環腐蝕(shí)鹽霧(wù)測(cè)試(shì)標準Honda CCT-H/B,要(yào)求(qiú)在(zài)15分(fēn)鐘內相對(duì)濕度(dù)從25%升高到(dào)98%,在(zài)30分鐘內從98%降低到25%,同時(shí)升(shēng)溫降(jiàng)溫的(dí)控(kòng)製(zhì)也能(néng)達(dá)到相應精(jīng)度(dù),新型(xíng)Q-FOG循環鹽霧(wù)箱(xiāng)能滿足這些(xiē)測試(shì)要(yào)求(qiú)。
測(cè)試過(guò)程如下:
